Founded by a cardiac nurse, the initiative blends science, self-care, and community to make heart health approachable, empowering, and stylish. Through immersive experiences, education, and intentional wellness, Lady in Red invites women to choose themselves—because caring for your heart is the ultimate act of self-love.
